Refurbishments
If your existing kitchen, bar or dining area is being refurbished, we can strip the area back ready for the new installation — and assist with design, supply and installation of the replacement kitchen, giving you a single point of contact throughout.
Restaurant & Site Closures
When a site closes, clearing the premises involves more than removing catering equipment. We coordinate removal of equipment, refrigeration, extraction, bars, furniture and fabrication to return the premises to the required condition.
Relocations
Moving to a new premises? Equipment with useful service life doesn't need to be disposed of. We can disconnect, dismantle, transport and reinstall suitable catering equipment at your new location.
End-of-Lease & Landlord Handbacks
We assist with end-of-lease strip outs and dilapidation works. Following a site survey, we establish what needs to be removed, retained or reinstated and provide a clear scope of works.
Responsible Disposal
Where equipment cannot be reused, we arrange its responsible removal and disposal through appropriate waste and recycling routes. Where possible, materials and equipment are separated for reuse or recycling, helping minimise the amount of waste sent to landfill.
